Escrow Coordinator responsibilities include:
Act as support in preparing for upcoming real estate closings including reviewing purchase agreement, lender requests, updating tax and requesting pay-off information, clearing title conditions.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, borrowers and vendors involved in the closing process.
Requesting items from the proper parties to clear title commitment requirements Answer incoming calls, monitor general email box and assist customers with requests.
Develop and maintain good customer relation by answering questions and addressing concerns from customers regarding closing procedure, funding policy, insurance premiums, taxes, and inspection/repair information.
Coordinating the scheduling of closings with all parties involved in the transaction Assist with work up of closing statements and supplies figures to agents, buyers and sellers Assist with post-closing instructions.
Disburse funds, record documents.
Ensure that all documents associated with each transaction are on record with the necessary county in a timely manner Qualified candidates must have proven customer service experience, demonstrated ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment and proficient computer skills.
Prior experience in escrow closing, mortgage processing or related field a plus.
