As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing appointments and schedules for our medical office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in dental office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient scheduling - Verify patient insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic systems such as Egale Soft - Collaborate with the medical administrative support team to ensure smooth operations - Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Scheduler in a dental office is preferred - Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic medical record systems - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Join our team as a Scheduler and contribute to providing exceptional patient service.
