Responsibilities:
As our Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and facilitating our growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and reporting on financial performance, providing insights into service lines, departments, or profit centers.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Preparing forecasts and budgets to optimize profitability across various segments of the company.
- Providing leadership and supervision to finance, accounting, and billing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conducting training sessions to enhance financial literacy among company leadership.
- Developing and managing internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and prevent fraud.
- Maintaining financial software systems to support operational efficiency.
- Cultivating relationships with stakeholders, investors, and other third-party entities to support business objectives.
- Monitoring all financial activities and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
You will directly supervise employees within the Finance Department, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, hiring, and training finance personnel.
- Planning and delegating tasks effectively.
- Providing performance feedback and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Education and
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
Alternatively, a minimum of five years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior management experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
