We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.

We provide primarily in home 1:
1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21.

What is a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)?Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.

Responsibilities:
Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentationCoordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
Qualifications:
RBT Certification from BACB (Required)Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required)Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per programThe ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and familiesMust pass a criminal background checkWillingness to learn and receive feedback on performanceWillingness to follow instructions and ask questionsDemonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challengesComfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on programJob Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
