Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Host to join our team.
As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.
Your main responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, ensuring they have a positive dining experience from start to finish.
Duties:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor - Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements - Provide accurate wait times and monitor the dining room flow - Escort guests to their tables and present menus - Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is preferred - Strong hospitality background in hotels, restaurants, or customer service roles - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests in a professional manner - Knowledge of food service procedures and basic restaurant operations - Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
