Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for patients using scheduling software or system - Coordinate and manage the daily schedule of healthcare providers - Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the scheduling system - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling - Handle phone calls and inquiries related to scheduling and appointment changes - Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an office or medical setting preferred - Familiarity with scheduling systems such as Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or similar software - Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes - Understanding of medical terminology and procedures is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
