At Comfort Keepers, we provide uplifting in-home care for seniors older adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their home.
The HR Hiring Assistant is responsible for ensuring that Comfort Keepers #343 is fully staffed with caregiving professionals.
Utilizing their organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal relationships, the Hiring Assistant will help Comfort Keepers deliver on our commitment to provide one-on-one care that enhances quality of life of our clients and their families.

Summary:
An HR Hiring Assistant plans and executes ongoing and continuous recruiting plans to ensure that the hiring needs are met and exceeded.
This HR Hiring Assistant is team-oriented with excellent communication skills, takes pride in results-driven outcomes, while providing extraordinary customer service.
A successful HR Hiring Assistant does not depend on a talent pipeline to fill the needs of the business but will be actively involved in attracting, screening, and hiring candidates at Comfort Keepers.
This includes strong community involvement ties such as scheduling and participating in career fairs, building relationships with local training schools, and identifying best community sources for attracting caregiver talent.
Will also work with the office staff to coordinate and guide the new hires through the onboarding process.
This may include assisting with orientation, follow-up with new employees to assess their progress, and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment-related experience.
General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Exceptional customer service skills and written / verbal communication.
Strong relationship-building skills with people from diverse and varied backgrounds and education levels.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with the ability to pass a background check (including motor vehicle records check).
Previous experience in the homecare industry would be a plus.
Position Physical Demands:
Walking, sitting, and standing; lifting not expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight.
Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone.
Office and fieldwork both required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
