Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the performance of all NEW vehicle sales Order new vehicle inventory as needed.
Supervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
Monitor and analyze salespeople's performances and assist salespeople closing deals.
Work with business office in structuring deals to maximize revenue.
Communicate with the General Manager, Pre-Driven Manager, Finance Manager, and Salespeople to ensure that the dealership policies are complied with.
Requirements:
Professional Appearance and Communication skills are a MUST.
Integrity and a positive attitude with a strong work ethic are a MUST.
Willing to learn and be a team player.
