We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, filing documents, dictation, and assisting with other office duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Software knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Word Perfect required.
Ability to learn PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and video/photo editing software necessary.
Responsibilities:
Communication with in-house and field technicians.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Greet and assist visitors.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Perform data entry and scan documents.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation software.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Benefits:
Work schedule is Monday - Friday but hours are flexible (if possible) for family needs.
Medical insurance is available.
Employer contributes 50% of cost.
FSA and HSA programs available.
401K with a 3% company match.
Hourly pay, starting rate of $14.
00/hour, rate is flexible based on experience.
