We are a bustling pain relief clinic in Downtown Highland and need more help! The right candidate will have great people-skills, exhibit confidence with patients, and have a calming and professional demeanor.
The ability to follow direction and respond to patient concerns is a must.
A certified medical assistant is preferred as your education is very helpful, but if you are bright and quick to learn, but without certification, we would still like to meet you! We prefer experience in a medical setting but it is not required.
Your job will include:
retrieving patients from our waiting room, explaining the treatment (to new patients), fitting the patient properly on the machine, operating the machine treatment cycles, monitoring patients during their treatment, helping with icing after treatment and use of the electric massage tool.
These duties require that candidates are comfortable being in close contact with patients.
All staff are also expected to train on our EHR system, assist in keeping the clinic clean and tidy, and generally participate as a team player to make the patient experience as positive and enjoyable as possible.
This is a full-time position (Mon-Fri) offering 30-36 hours per week.
We offer paid time off and health coverage for full-time employees, after a 90 day probationary period.
